In these 3 one hour meetings you learn the Taoist 'Inner Smile', 'MicroCosmic Orbit', and 'Six Healing Sounds' meditations. Each practice is designed to bring healing, clarity and focus into every aspect of your life. Learn how to observe, transform and direct your internal energies to create balance and wellness in your whole being.

6 Week 'Healing and Transformation' Series
Dive deeper into healing and transformation with 6 one hour meetings. Each class offers a guided meditation ('Inner Smile', 'MicroCosmic Orbit', 'Six Healing Sounds' and 'Manifestation') and the opportunity to explore how these meditations can be used to provide healing and insight into any current challenge. Through group practice, students gain a clearer understanding of the meditations and are able to explore the richness and beauty of the practices.
